John Monley

John’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, business and agricultural transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of real property and/or business assets, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, financing transactions, leasing transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants, real property tax issues, business entity formation, business counseling, management and dissolution.  His clients, ranging from family-owned businesses to institutional investors, include commercial property owners, investors, developers and farmers.

John received his B.S. in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis. He was awarded his J.D., cum laude from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  John was named a Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers magazine 2018 to 2020.  He was named in the Sacramento Business Journal’s 2019 Best of the Bar List
